We’re Elopement Storytellers, a husband-and-wife PHOTO and VIDEO team based in gorgeous Idaho. After photographing traditional weddings for the last three years, we felt the call of the open road—so we packed up our Airstream, grabbed our cameras, and set out to help couples like you to — ELOPE in the most breathtaking, off-the-beaten-path places.

Hi I’m Kim — Your Photographer
Hey there! I’ve been capturing traditional weddings for the past three years. Starting in 2025, I’ll be hitting the road to offer elopements and micro-weddings—combining my passion for the outdoors with my love for telling love stories.
When I’m not behind the lens, you’ll find me hiking in the alpine, bombing down singletrack on my mountain bike, or overlanding in search of places less traveled. I believe there’s nothing more magical than saying “I do” surrounded by breathtaking scenery—and I can’t wait to help couples experience that wonder firsthand.
If you’re up for a bit of adventure, I’d be honored to tag along and document every spontaneous, joyful moment. Let’s make some epic memories together!

Hi I’m Gabe — Your Videographer
Hey there! I’m the videographer half of this duo, and I’ve been filming traditional weddings for years. I create cinematic highlight reels that let you relive the day—like you’re right there all over again. When I’m not behind the camera or working in the tech industry (day job), I’m skiing, hiking or riding my mountain bike with Kim and our Vizsla puppies.
If you’re looking for a film that weaves beautiful storytelling with all the feels, I’d love to help you capture your day in a way you’ll never forget!

how we are different
You can count on us to be there. No missed flights. Nothing will get in our way.
We block off our year with travel dates. We stay in the area of your wedding or ELOPEMENT for weeks and sometimes months at a time so that we are basically locals. We explore hiking trails, we scout the most beautiful locations and get to know the local vendors so that we can reliably refer you to people we actually know.
If you choose a location that is listed on our travel schedule for the month that we are there, we DO NOT charge any TRAVEL FEES.
While we are not “wedding planners” but we will be there alongside you providing assistance with finding vendors — planning your timeline — offering recommendations on lodging, activities for your stay as well as providing guidance on how to file appropriate permit and license applications.
