Oregon requires a marriage license, available at county offices. Both parties need valid IDs and must be at least 18 years old (16+ with parental consent).

Assume yes — Some public lands (national forests, state parks, etc.) require special use permits or location fees for ceremonies or photos. Rules change rapidly — together we will check with local authorities or park services to ensure we’re following the rules.

An authorized officiant must conduct your ceremony, and at least two witnesses are required in Oregon. If you’re eloping just the two of you, consider inviting close friends or ask your photographer (that’s us!) to sign as a witness if permitted.
